BTC's Strategic Planning Seminars are not simply lectures on how to create a plan.  They are hands-on classes which actually walk attendees through the planning process.  At the end of the day attendees will have, at minimum, an outline of a clear and cohesive strategy.  They can then take that first draft back to the rest of their board and management teams to finalize their plans.

What it costs:

$299 per person or $999 for a group of four from a single institution.

What it includes:

• A 20-page outline and guide to writing your strategic plan - The Strategic Planning Workbook and Guide For Financial Institutions.
• One strategic planning CD per group.  The CD includes electronic versions of the outline and guide to use during the session to begin writing your plan, as well as other tools to take back to your institution.
• A limited class size to allow for the optimum amount of personalized guidance.
• A hands-on facilitator in Ken Bator who has engaged in several successful strategic planning sessions for a number of organizations throughout his career as a facilitator, as a member of executive management, and as a member of a board of directors. 

Who should attend:

The curriculum and program of BTC's Strategic Planning Seminars are catered specifically for executive management and board members leading financial institutions under $100 million in assets.  However, all potential attendees are welcome to register as long as their attendance will not hinder the process of other participants developing their strategic plans.
