What We Do

As a provider of management guidance, BTC prides itself on a "meeting-of-the-minds" approach. In this approach there is a realization that the ideas developed by BTC for a business partner are just the beginning.  It is expected that the recommendations made are not followed blindly but melded with the needs, wants, and concepts of the business partner - possibly creating a completely new direction than the client or BTC originally intended.  Both entities then work as a team to meet the objectives created by this process.
